• Sourcing: the creative process of researching and selecting the specific Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment items that fit the design intent and budget. Finding & researching vendors, vetting quality, and ensuring lead times fit timeline.

• Procurement: the administrative act of ordering, tracking shipments, and managing deliveries. Including managing logistics and handling financial transactions.

• Construction & Furniture Bids: Represent client in obtaining bids and awarding construction / furniture contracts. May assist with negotiating fees.

• Construction Documents: includes using CAD for drawing floor plans, power and communications plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, furniture plans, as well as elevations, sections and details. All drawings adhere to current building and ADA codes. 

• Contract Administration: providing site inspections, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, and other related construction administration tasks ensuring construction is completed in conformance with contracts and design intent; being the liaison with contractors and consultants throughout the course of construction; observing and commenting on construction progress; and monitoring move-in and furniture installation.
